Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the lab by maintaining equipment, inventory, and supplies
- Prepare essential laboratory supplies and maintain mammalian cell cultures
- Perform cellular assays (including IF or IHC staining) and provide technical support for experimental workflows
- Maintain laboratory documentation and perform all tasks in accordance with GCP quality standards
- Provide operational assistance to our scientists to drive research forward

Requirements
Essential
- MSc in Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related)
- Solid laboratory technical skills including proficiency in preparing buffers and solutions and the ability to follow protocols with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
- Familiarity with cell and/or tissue-based assays
- Ability to work within GCP quality systems and maintain structured documentation
- Excellent work organization and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Good communication skills in English
Essential
